Balloon Installation

1. Agreement Overview These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the provision of balloon arch installation services (the “Services”) provided by Twisted Family Events, LLC.(the “Company”) to the client (the “Client”). By scheduling an installation, the Client agrees to these terms.

2. Service Details

Scope of Services: The Company will provide balloon arch installation as described in the service agreement. This includes design consultation, delivery, setup, and takedown unless otherwise specified.
Customization: Any custom design requests must be communicated and approved at least 21 days before the event.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Cancellation Policy: A 100% cancellation fee will be applied if the cancellation is made after receiving payment.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days prior to the original installation date and are subject to availability.

4. Payment Terms

Payment: 50% due at the time of booking and remainder is due a month prior.
Additional Charges: Any additional charges for extra services, materials, or changes requested by the Client will be billed separately.

5. Client Responsibilities

Venue Access: The Client must ensure that the installation area is accessible and prepared for the installation team. Any restrictions or special requirements of the venue must be communicated in advance.
Safety and Permits: The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required by the venue or local authorities.

6. Liability and Damage

Liability: The Company is not responsible for any damage caused by the balloon arch to the venue or property.
Damage: The Client is liable for any damage to the balloon arch caused by unauthorized tampering or mishandling.

7. Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate the Agreement if the Client breaches any terms or if conditions make it impossible to perform the Services. In such cases, the deposit may be forfeited.

9. Changes to Terms: The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Bounce Houses

Welcome to Twisted Family Events, LLC. ("we," "our," and "us"). By accessing or using our website twistedfamilyevents.com (the "Site") and renting bounce houses and related equipment from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Rental Agreement

1.1 Reservation and Payment: All rentals require a reservation. You must pay the full rental fee at the time of booking. Payments can be made via online.

1.2 Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations made 14 days prior to the rental date will receive a full refund. No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 14 days before the rental date.

1.3 Delivery and Setup: We will deliver and set up the bounce house at the address provided at the time of booking. Delivery times are approximate and may vary. You must ensure that the delivery area is clear, rock/gravel free, and accessible.

1.4 Rental Period: The rental period is 24 hours from delivery. Extensions may be available upon request and are subject to availability and additional charges.

2. Use of Equipment

2.1 Safety Requirements: You agree to follow all safety instructions provided with the equipment. Children should be supervised at all times while using the bounce house. No food, drink, sharp objects, or shoes are allowed inside the bounce house.

2.2 Damage and Loss: You are responsible for any damage to or loss of the equipment during the rental period. You will be charged for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged or lost items.

2.3 Prohibited Uses: The equipment must not be used in any manner that is dangerous or unlawful. Use of the equipment is strictly prohibited during inclement weather, including high winds and rain.

3. Liability and Insurance

3.1 Liability: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Twisted Family Events, LLC. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the use of the equipment.

3.2 Insurance: It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate insurance coverage for the rental period. We are not responsible for any injuries or damages that occur as a result of using our equipment.

4. Website Usage

4.1 Content and Intellectual Property: All content on the Site, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Twisted Family Events, LLC. and may not be used without our permission.

4.2 User Conduct: You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Any attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site or its security is prohibited.

5. Modifications and Termination

5.1 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site and our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

5.2 Termination: We may terminate your access to the Site or services if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada without regard to its conflict of law principles.
